Bereavement Resources

As well as 24/7 support, we also have the following resources available to download or request…

Children's Books

We know that everyone will experience bereavement at some point, and dealing with this as a child can be difficult. We want to support families and teachers to have conversations that can enable children to deal with overwhelming feelings surrounding grief. We know that it is hard to support a child whilst trying to face your own loss so our books are here as a resource that may help.

Supportive Information Leaflet

Knowing what to do when someone dies can be overwhelming, especially in agriculture when there is a farm or livestock to consider. Our supportive leaflet is intended as an initial guide when someone in farming dies suddenly. However, it is not an alternative to professional legal advice.

Grief & Bereavement Signposting & Specialist Support

We can refer you to further specialist grief & bereavement support, depending on your locality and circumstances. Meanwhile, here you can download details of a series of helpful specialist grief & bereavement organisations, with access to further resources.

Some of these organisations are discussed and highlighted during our ‘Understanding grief & bereavement’ sessions, as helpful organisations to signpost others and support those around you.

We're here 24/7 for anyone in agriculture in Wales
